My rules

- never eat more than 800 calories a day

- at least drink 3 bottles of water

- make sure to cycle at least 6km on weekdays (4miles) 

- no snacking

- when ever i feel like a snack, i should reach for a diet coke, water, a can of tea or some sliced fruit

- weigh in every morning

- always have a salad for lunch (unless i’m on a stupid diet..)

- smoking is fully accepted

- drinking one time every second week is okay too
