Lunch: salad, red bell peber, cucumber and avocado

Snack: hot chocolate (cacao powder, hot water, sweetener and 1/2 cup low fat soy milk), diet lemonade (80 calories), tea and water

Snack: tea tea tea and water
So i went up at 7am this morning, toke a shower and then went to work at 11am-6pm. I work at a restaurant so theres a lot of walking around all day. Planning on watching a good movie tonight and do some hooping. Enjoying the easter and I am really looking forward to see the scale go dooooooown!
