Breakfast: apple and banana

Lunch: salad, red bell peber, cucumber and avocado

Dinner: vegan broccolisoup

Snack: hot chocolate (cacao powder, hot water, sweetener and 1/2 cup low fat soy milk), diet lemonade (80 calories), tea and water

Breakfast: banana and apple + cinnamon

Lunch: 2 handsfulds of spinach, half an avocado, mushrooms, red bell peber and cucumber

Dinner:  an apple

Snack: tea tea tea and water

HCG phase2 day 1

So i went up at 7am this morning, toke a shower and then went to work at 11am-6pm. I work at a restaurant so theres a lot of walking around all day. Planning on watching a good movie tonight and do some hooping. Enjoying the easter and I am really looking forward to see the scale go dooooooown!

Breakfast: a cup of geen tea and half a grapefruit

Lunch: half an apple and a slice of ryebread

Dinner: grilled mixed greens and tofu
